RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
EXCHANGES
SPARROW currently accepts exchanges only. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once your exchange request is approved, items must be shipped back promptly and show tracking movement within 2 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
FINAL SALE
Custom items, sale items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only for approved returns when applicable. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
