Items marked as backorder will be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Each listing will include an estimated restock date for your reference.
If you purchase multiple items and only some are on backorder, your entire order will be shipped together once the backordered item is back in stock and ready to ship—unless you contact us via email to request that the in-stock items be shipped separately before the backordered item arrives.
Eligibility
-Items must be new, unworn, and in their original condition.
-All original tags must be attached and intact.
-All original packaging, including boxes, must be returned.
-Exchanges missing tags, with tampered tags, or without packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping Your Return
Once your return request is approved, please ship your package promptly. For both domestic and international orders, returns must be dropped off with the carrier and show tracking movement within 2 days of approval.
Packages arriving after this window, or without timely tracking activity, will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

-Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
-Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
-Sale items are final and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Our goal is to make the return process smooth and fair for everyone, while ensuring our treasures remain in pristine condition for future customers.
REFUNDS
Returns typically take about 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our studio. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
