PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 12 PM PST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST, as well as orders placed on weekends or holidays, are processed the following business day.


SHIPPING

Most orders ship within one business day. We offer standard and priority shipping options for both domestic and international orders.

All orders include tracking, which will be provided once your order has shipped. Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during peak seasons, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.


BACKORDERS

Items marked as backorder will ship within the timeframe noted on the product page.

If your order includes both in stock and backordered items, the order will ship once all items are available unless you contact us to request that in stock items be shipped separately.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your SPARROW jewelry. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us within seven days of your package being marked as delivered.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once your exchange request is approved, items must be shipped back promptly and show tracking movement within two days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom items, sale items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.


REFUNDS

Approved returns are processed within two to three business days after arriving at our studio. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order.


WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
