TERMS OF SERVICE

PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed after 12PM PST will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday.
  
While we do our very best to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that delivery dates provided are estimates from the shipping couriers. 

  
  
SHIPPING 
Most orders ship same day.  We are not responsible for delayed shipment that may arise from peak seasons, weather and unforeseen circumstances.    

We provide standard and priority shipping options for domestic and international orders.  
 
All orders come with tracking numbers. Expected date of arrivals linked to orders is an estimate of when the package should arrive not a guaranteed date-of-arrival.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to find the perfect SPARROW treasure. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the date your package is marked as delivered to request an exchange.

Eligibility  
-Items must be new, unworn, and in their original condition.
-All original tags must be attached and intact.
-All original packaging, including boxes, must be returned.
-Exchanges missing tags, with tampered tags, or without packaging will not be accepted.


Shipping Your Return
Once your return request is approved, please ship your package promptly. For both domestic and international orders, returns must be dropped off with the carrier and show tracking movement within 2 days of approval.

Packages arriving after this window, or without timely tracking activity, will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

Additional Notes
-Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
-Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
-Sale items are final and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Our goal is to make the return process smooth and fair for everyone, while ensuring our treasures remain in pristine condition for future customers.   

  

REFUNDS
Returns typically take about 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our studio. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. 

  
  

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately.
 

  
  
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
International buyers are responsible for import or customs charges that may be applied to their purchase.   
 
    

WHOLESALE INQUIRES  
We do offer wholesale pricing.  Please contact our customer service department and a SPARROW sales representative will gladly forward you the necessary information.

At SPARROW we fully respect your right to privacy. All personal information collected will NEVER be disclosed or sold to any third party. It is securely protected with encryption technology. This includes, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Information provided to us is only to be used to process your order and to be add (mailing address and email address) to our mailing list.
