If you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to contact our customer service department within 3 days after delivery to process a return. Items must be in new condition with tags in place. Be sure to include your invoice and return items within 7 days after delivery date.
After 7 days, returns will be processed as store credit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Returns typically take about 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our studio. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
