We are not responsible for delayed shipment that may arise from peak seasons, unforeseen weather and circumstances.
We provide standard and priority shipping options for domestic and international orders.
All orders come with tracking numbers. Expected date of arrivals linked to orders is an estimate of when the package should arrive not a guaranteed date-of-arrival.
RETURNS, REFUNDs + EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to contact our customer service department within 3 days after delivery to process a return. Items must be in new condition with tags in place. Be sure to include your invoice and return items within 7 days after delivery date. After 7 days, returns will be processed as store credit.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING CHARGES.
International buyers are responsible for import or customs charges that may be applied to their purchase.
